How long will it take for me to receive records?
A.
If your order is time sensitive, simply notify us in advance and we will fax the authorization or subpoena to the records custodian, mail the original, and follow up with immediate phone calls. Turn around time is dependent on the notice period of the state in which the lawsuit is filed. If the opposing counsel does not respond with the Waiver of Notice in a timely manner, we will contact them by phone.

How will you notify me of the progress of my order?
A.
All status information is made available via our secure, web-based interface MGWeb. MGWeb is available for access twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Q.
Must I pay custodian fees in advance?
A.
No. The Marker Group will pay all custodian fees for you up to an amount approved by you in advance. These fees will be included on your invoice.
